It was great to be shortlisted for ‘Best Internal Communications Campaign’ for our work with Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMet), in the CIPR Midlands PRide Awards. We were stoked – competition was high and the shortlist was impressive.
The project genuinely created some significant results, integrating digital and offline channels and exceeded all benchmarks we’d worked through with the in-house team we were working with. We’ll share more on the details soon.
However, the #PRideAwards for #CIPR_Midlands took place on Friday 26th November and after Loughborough University scooped silver for their Heart 2 Heart campaign, we were absolutely thrilled (OK, also a little stunned and very pleasantly surprised) to be called out as winners, picking up gold!
No time for Oscar speeches. But we would like to say a huge thank you to BMet; Sharon Benton, Zoe Lee, Marie Shuker, Shobhna Patel, Gemma Hawkins, all of the ‘Yambassadors’ and the wider staff across all of the college sites, who really took the campaign on and made it such a success.
So that’s what we weren’t expecting. Thread & Fable is now officially an ‘award-winning’ business. We’ve had some amazing projects over the past 20 months or so – which we’ll be sharing on a slightly revamped website very soon.
